Overview of Account 360˚
Pod’s Chrome Extension allows you to surface deal intelligence directly from your CRM — without switching tabs or digging through records. It's the power of Pod directly in your CRM
How to access to app
When you’re viewing a record in your CRM, Pod continuously monitors the active page to understand where you are in your workflow.
Once Pod detects that you’re working inside HubSpot:
The Pod Chrome Extension becomes available
Pod identifies the CRM object you’re interacting with
Relevant deal insights are prepared in the background
This ensures Pod is always context-aware and ready when you need it.
Clicking on any action buttons will automatically help you access the Pod web app and more insights!

What you'll access
All insights in Account 360˚ are aimed at guiding reps on how to advance a deal. Grounded in the data Pod ingests from your CRM and deal activity, it ensures recommendations stay contextual, actionable, and aligned with how your team sells.
Deal Coach
The Deal Coach section helps you understand the health of your deal and guides you on what to focus on next.
From this section, you can:
Review overall deal flag based on activity, momentum, and engagement signals
Identify risk flags such as stalled progress, missing activity, or weak qualification
See prioritized next actions tailored to the current context of the deal
It will allow you to better understand why each recommended action matters and how it can impact deal outcomes.
Stakeholders
The Stakeholders view gives you visibility into the buying committee and how well the account is covered.
From this section, you can:
See which stakeholders are involved in the deal and their roles
Analyze stakeholder sentiment (and how it's trending)
Generate an in-depth analysis for each stakeholder (for sales objections, interests, goals, and more)
This helps ensure you’re building a resilient buying committee and not relying on a single contact to carry the deal forward.
Playbooks
The Playbooks section helps you pressure-test your deal against your sales methodology and internal best practices.
From this section, you can:
See which playbook topics have been discussed and which remain uncovered
Identify gaps across your sales methodology that could put the deal at risk
Review concise summaries of what’s been covered so far
Prepare for upcoming conversations with clarity on what needs to be addressed next
Playbooks help ensure consistent execution across deals, especially in complex or enterprise sales motions.
