As an account executive, you consistently have to juggle between all the deals in your pipeline. A lot of different priorities - it’s easy to forget about things on your plate. At Pod, we want to be your smart sales assistant. We provide sales reps with alerts, nudges, and notifications to make sure they never drop the ball on these pipelines.
When a deal hasn’t had any new activity in the last month, we will notify the reps that a deal in their pipeline is inactive. In a click of a button, you’ll be able to log-in a new activity manually or schedule a new meeting directly on your calendar.
Inactive deal alerts
If a customer meeting is coming up, we’ll alert you to ensure that you prepare accordingly. You’ll be able to create a new notes document or schedule an internal meeting.
Upcoming meeting reminders
After a customer meeting, we’ll notify you if you haven’t sent a follow-up email or updated Salesforce within 3 days of the meeting. You’ll be able update your Salesforce record fields or send a new email.
