Inactive deal
When a deal hasnât had any new activity in the last month, we will notify the reps that a deal in their pipeline is inactive. In a click of a button, youâll be able to log-in a new activity manually or schedule a new meeting directly on your calendar.

If a customer meeting is coming up, weâll alert you to ensure that you prepare accordingly. Youâll be able to create a new notes document or schedule an internal meeting.

After a customer meeting, weâll notify you if you havenât sent a follow-up email or updated Salesforce within 3 days of the meeting. Youâll be able update your Salesforce record fields or send a new email.
