What does it mean to "install Pod"?
If you are using Chrome as your main browser (or even if you aren't!), we have built a simple way for you to install Pod on your machine so you can access it quickly and easily.
This is done in just a few clicks!
How do I install Pod?
Follow these simple steps to install and access Pod on your machine.
Step 1: Open your Pod workspace in your Chrome browser
In the top right of the screen, next to the star, you should see an install symbol like this:
Clicking this button will display the following pop up:
Click Install.
Step 2: Pin Pod to your Taskbar
Once clicking Install, a new window will open up that will look nearly identical to your browser.
As you can see, one big difference is the lack of the browser bar & your bookmarks - less clutter!
More importantly, your Taskbar will look something like this:
Notice that cool looking Pod app! If you right click on it, you'll have the option to Pin it to taskbar:
Doing this means that each time you boot up your machine, you are only 1 click away from accessing your Pod workspace and jumping into your pipeline.
