What is the Meeting Brief?

For account executives, customer meetings are the most important part of a deal. You have to be ready for prime time. To be prepared, reps need to know everything about their attendees, remember what happened on the deal, and plan what they want to discuss.

Unfortunately, information about deals is scattered all over the place. It's super time-consuming for reps to (A) find the info they need, (B) real through it all, and (C) game plan.

Pod gives reps access to Meeting Brief β€” an auto-generated AI-powered report to prepare for a meeting.

Data leveraged

The Meeting Brief consolidates all the relevant information related to the attendees of the meeting:

  • Email exchange

  • Recent notes related to the contacts and the opportunity it's related to

  • Call transcripts

  • Pod sentiment analysis about stakeholders

  • Pod framework analysis related to the opportunity

Pod will consolidate all details to help users appropriately prepare for the meeting.

Discussion dynamics

This section will help you to game plan the meeting - identifying key information about the attendees, reviewing Pod recommendations about the topics to discuss, and sharing conversation starters to make sure you connect with prospects

Attendee Highlights

Pod will help you know everything you need about the attendees of the meeting. You'll know exactly how to navigate their concerns and pending questions β€” making sure every meeting is a success.

It will automatically highlight:

  • When a key stakeholder on the deal is present on the call

  • When an attendee of the meeting has a negative sentiment

  • When a key contact I missing

What to discuss on a call

For every meeting, Pod will recommend 5-10 topics to be discussed on the call. To do so, it will analyze the following information:

  • The top concerns raised by attendees in previous discussions

  • The pending questions raised by attendees in previous discussions

  • The topics not yet covered according to the sales framework

  • The recent email exchange

Send a prep email

For every meeting, Pod generates a unique meeting prep email for you to send to the deal stakeholders / the attendees of the meeting.

It learns from your recent email exchange, notes, and discussion in the last meeting to create a highly personalized email.

You simply have to copy the draft and send it directly via email.

Know your attendees

There's nothing like a good personal story to build rapport with a prospect. Building trust-based relationships is crucial to increasing your likelihood of closing a deal and accelerating the sales cycle.

Pod will identify personal stories shared by the attendees β€” in previous email exchanges and conversations β€” and synthesize key talking points.

Leverage them as a conversation starter or a way to bond.
