Seamless Login and Secure Access

You can sign up and log in to Pod using your HubSpot account. This provides simple and secure access control without any extra passwords or SSO setup. Pod uses HubSpot OAuth for authentication, ensuring your setup is quick, consistent, and fully secure.

Real-Time Intelligence from HubSpot Data

Once connected, Pod continuously syncs deals, contacts, companies, and activities from HubSpot. Your CRM data instantly powers Pod’s AI models to surface insights on deal risk, buying committee engagement, and recommended next actions. Every rep gets a clear view of which deals need attention and what to do next — all based on live HubSpot data.

Bi-Directional Sync for Effortless Updates

  • Pod uses HubSpot OAuth — we never store user credentials.

  • All data transfers are encrypted in transit and stored securely (view our Security & Compliance guidelines here for more details)

Access tokens can be revoked any time via HubSpot; revoking access disables the sync immediately. Pod adheres to least-privilege access, using only the scopes necessary for the integration to function.

HubSpot login also serves as your Pod account authentication method, ensuring consistent identity management and top-tier security across platforms.

🚀 Setup Instructions

Connecting Pod to HubSpot takes less than a minute.

  1. Go to Pod’s sign-up or sign-in page: app.workwithpod.com

  2. Click “Sign in with HubSpot”

  3. Approve access through HubSpot’s OAuth consent screen

  4. Choose the correct HubSpot portal (if you manage multiple accounts)

  5. You’re in!

Once connected, Pod continuously syncs updates both ways — in near real time.

Pod leverages a variety of data types in your Hubspot CRM to power its Deal Intelligence agents.

1. HubSpot main sObjects in use
Pod will dynamically access all fields related to each sObject (including custom ones), with the specific labels and validations rules implements in your CRM.
