Customer Meetings - Overview

Customer meetings are the core of your work as a seller. They are what pushes a deal forward. The Customer Meetings companion is an easy way to see the upcoming external meetings on your calendar.

It is a dynamic list of meetings with external stakeholders (i.e., contacts, leads, customers) on your calendar. The list is structured by date and will show, for each meeting, the main related CRM record.

Pod cross references the details of the meetings on your calendar with your CRM contact lists to identify any meetings coming up.

Access Meeting Briefs

By clicking any of the meeting cards, you will be able to click on the "Meeting Brief" button. Clicking on it will automatically open the Meeting Brief page βˆ’ related to this calendar invite βˆ’ in the main workspace screen.

Filters

By default, Pod will show the list of customer meetings in the next 7 days.

You can select the filter dropdown to change the timeline you are interested in: past week, past month, next month.

You can even select a custom date range to fit your needs.
