What is the Pipeline Coach?
The average day for a salesperson is overwhelming. Your pipeline is full of deals and competing priorities. The Pipeline Coach gives you control. Every day, Pod will analyze your pipeline and curate a list of deals (and related recommendations) for you to focus on.
Pod prioritizes the list of recommendations based on deal importance, recommendation impact, time sensitivity, and more.

How to use the Pipeline Coach
Here is how the Pipeline Coach is structured to allow reps to understand how to manage their pipeline smarter.
Brief
At the top, you'll find the Brief. It summarizes what needs attention and why. It helps cut through noise by highlighting actions that are time-sensitive, high-impact, or tied to risk signals detected by Pod.
Structure
Recommendations are organized by time horizon, starting with Today and extending into the Next 7 Days. This makes it easy to plan your follow-ups, cadence, and deal work without constantly jumping between individual accounts.
Each recommendation card is structured as follows:
Deal name β The specific deal Pod suggests you focus on
βActions β A prioritized list of actions associated with that deal
βRationale β A short explanation of why Pod recommends focusing on this deal and the expected impact on overall deal health
