Overview

While you're navigating through your Pod workspace, a number of things might happen:

  • You are stuck in the application and can't make it work

  • You don't know how to access something.

  • You want to share feedback.

  • You want to flag a bug you've noticed.

You can always reach out to us. Our support team is here to guide you!

We'll always answer within the day during weekdays and in less than 24 hours on weekends.


Via email

You can send us an email at [email protected] or [email protected] with any questions/comments you might have.

Please make sure to mention your name and the email address you use for your Pod application


Via our website

You can access our support chat directly on Pod's website. Look for the launcher at the bottom right of the screen.

In the support chat, you will be able to:

  • Use our chatbot to find answers to your questions

  • Talk directly to one of our customer support agents (yes, to a human!)

  • Search & access articles from our Resource Center

  • Review the latest news & release alerts

Directly in the app

When you are in the middle of it, you can also access our support chat.

You can either:

  • Click on the help icon at the bottom of the side navigation bar, or

  • Click on the user menu dropdown and select "Help"

You'll have access to the same options:
