What are Pipeline Views?
A Pipeline View is a way to visualize your pipeline data with preset filters and column configurations. You can create your own Views as well as leverage Views preset in your CRM.
(Coming soon) We will be adding the ability for you to share Views with your team members.
How do I use Pipeline Views?
In your Pipeline dashboard, you have access to all the views pre-saved in your CRM. Even better, you are also able to create your own views in Pod, with customized columns and filters.
You can create custom views for any object, e.g. Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, or Leads.
Creating a new View
To create a new View, you first have to isolate the data you want to capture in that view. This includes Filters and Columns.
Click on the Filter button to select the criteria to narrow down the data you want to see (find out more about Filters here)
Click on the Column Configuration icon and select the fields you want to see in this view
Once you have it just right, open your Views list by clicking on the field at the top right of your Pipeline View
Create a new view by clicking on the '+' button
Type-in the name of the view and save it
And you're done π€©
Create as many views as you want and manage your Pipeline like a pro!
Managing your Views
Once you have created Views, you are able to do a few things with them:
Search through all your Views (Salesforce and your own Pod views)
Duplicate an existing View
Mark a View as a favorite for easier access
Delete a View
Using Views in your day-to-day
Once you've got your Views setup and saved, you can quickly load them up to visualize your Pipeline, and all related records, just the way you like it!
