What are Pipeline Filters?

Filters are a way to narrow the data you see on your Pipeline dashboard using certain parameters.

How do I use Pipeline Filters?

To start using Filters, you'll first want to select the object type you want to filter, such as Opportunities or Accounts.

With this selected, navigate to the right side and click the Filter button to view your options.

Now you can:

  1. Select the field you are looking to filter, ex. "Owner" or "Value"

  2. Select the logic you'd like to apply, ex. "Equals" or "Is Greater Than"

    1. To note: "Logic" options will dynamically change depending on the Field you select

  3. Select or add a specific value you'd like to filter by, ex. "John Doe" or "10000"

Adding Multiple Filters

Using the "+" button, you can add multiple filters and designate the relationship between them:

  • "AND" will show data where both filters are true

  • "OR" will show data where either filter applies

Using Filters to visualize your data

While Filters can be helpful to visualize your data, they are most powerfully combined when saved as a View. This way you can also edit and save column arrangement.
