What is the Calendar in Pod?
Sales reps live in their calendars because, as the old saying goes, "time is money". Jumping from one meeting to another, preparing for your next customer presentation, or simply blocking the time to do outreach and chase opportunities, all require calendar mastery.
Pod's Calendar view syncs meetings from your work calendar and show them directly in the platform.
What can I do with the Calendar?
In Pod’s Calendar, you can:
View your meetings
Create notes for your meetings
Schedule new meetings with your clients
Jump to the corresponding meeting record in your calendar or CRM
See details for any meeting
Jump directly into a meet link (e.g. Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)
Getting the most out of your Calendar
One of Pod's core concepts is helping you be effective while staying efficient. Being able to flip to your Calendar and view upcoming meetings, as they connect to your opportunities and other records, is the name of the game here.
Check your Calendar early in the week, and periodically each day, to make sure you are on top of things. Pair this with the Organize tab and you'll be selling in the 21st century.
