How can I schedule a new meeting in Pod?
It's easy to create new meetings right in Pod and avoid having to jump back and forth between tabs.
The most direct way to schedule a new meeting in Pod is using the Create New
dropdown at the top right of the screen.
What's great is you can access this dropdown from any screen on Pod. Clicking on the New Meeting
button will open up the new meeting panel.
Here is where you can fill in a few key details
Meeting name
Date & time
Meeting link (with the click of a button, you can add a Google Meet link)
You can add a phone number or physical location if the meeting is taking place there!
Description (this is what will show up on the calendar invite)
Participants (will source from the synced Contacts in your CRM)
With all that inputted, just hit Save Invite
and the meeting invite is set!
