What is Follow-up?

On top of everything else, you have your laundry of list of tasks that are on your plate. Thank God that the task manager is there to help you put some order into that.

Follow-up will surface the tasks (directly from your Task Manager) that are due in the next 5 days so you can make sure to address them and meet your deadline.

How to use Follow-up?

Navigate to Follow-up

  1. From the Atlas home page, click on the Organize panel

  2. You’ll find your daily calendar on the right side.

  3. If you click on the third tab at the top (named “Follow Up”), you will find a list of due tasks.

  4. It will also display the list of tasks due in the short term.

What can you do in Follow-up?

  1. Click on the top a prompt to open your task manager, so you to review the full list of tasks on your plate (more details in our Task Manager - INCLUDE LINK)

  2. Review a specific task by clicking on it

  3. Take a quick action - marking it as done or pushing back the due date by 1 day.

When does Follow-up help?

Follow-up will make you feel like you’re in control of your workload. It’s a hug weight off your shoulders because you won’t have to remember everything!

Sellers open Follow-up every morning to see the tasks due soon, update their status quickly, and block the necessary time to tackle them as needed
