What is the Organize space?
IThe Organize space helps start your day with clear focus on priority tasks. It's more than efficiency; it's about making each hour count. Organize aids in preparing for meetings, automating tasks, and streamlining sales activities. It elevates readiness for customer demos and sales processes. It reduces time wasted on switching tabs for CRM updates, scheduling meetings, or responding to emails, impressing managers and RevOps with flawless execution.
Organize offers a suite of alerts, nudges, and reminders to make sure you stay on top of key meetings, CRM updates, and tasks due soon.
Navigate to your Organize space
You can access the Organize space in 2 ways:
Through your left-side navigate bar, right under the Home button
Directly in Atlas, by clicking on the Organize panel button in the middle of the screen.
How does Organize work?
The Organize space spins its magic by pulling from a few different sources to help you take action:
Prep
The Prep tab highlights upcoming customer meetings and ensures you are always ready for these important conversations. Youโll be able to prepare for your call with notes and any information that will help you close those deals faster.
Automate
The Automate tab handles minutiae, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals, providing alerts and reminders regarding your pipeline, keeping CRM data current, and following up after meetings.
Follow-up
The Follow-up tab aids in managing tasks, tracking crucial follow-ups, and even drafts emails using its AI Coach feature. It automates administrative tasks, making it a key tool for success in the competitive sales landscape.
Daily meetings
On the right-hand side of the Organize space, youโll see your daily calendar. This way, you quickly know whatโs on your plate for the day without having to jump back & forth across apps.

Monday kickoff: Start strong with Organize; see your calendar and plan for important meetings.
Daily check-in: Review Organize's agenda and prepared notes each morning for daily preparedness.
Task time blocking: Use Organize to stay focused and productive; ensure nothing is missed.
Weekly cleanup: Tidy up your pipeline and CRM with Organize; end the week with a clean slate.
