What is the Prioritize space?
Prioritize is there to help you review and rank your Deals, so that you can focus on what matters the most. Identifying the most promising deals keeps you from wasting time on the wrong ones.
Here are 4 key components of your Prioritize space that will help you work smarter:
1. Top Deals
On the left, click on the first tab to access your Top deals. The Prioritize space will highlight the top 5 deals worth looking into, based on all your available data. Learn more about Top Deals here.
2. At Risk Deals
On the left, click on the second tab to access your At Risk deals. Prioritize uses AI to surface 5 At Risk deals for you to save. Strategize with Pod's AI Coach to bring these back from the brink. Learn more about At Risk deals here.
3. Opportunity Matrix
On the right of the screen, the Opportunity Matrix provides a detailed overview of your sales pipeline, allowing you to switch perspectives, make strategic decisions, and monitor key deals. Learn about updating your Opportunity Matrix here.
4. Deal signals
You can click on the deal signals on any deal card in the list to review and update the deal signals value. They provide more detailed insights into the Responsibility, Progression, and Engagement of opportunities. Deal status is set by Pod using your deal data, such as deal size, velocity, stakeholder involvement, and more. You can update these as you wish. Learn more about Deal signals here.
When to use the Prioritize space?
Incorporating the Prioritize space into your daily routine allows you to maintain focus and proactive control over your sales pipeline. This includes:
Start of the week: Use Prioritize as a roadmap for your week, helping you set deal priorities, define goals, and focus on what's important.
Pipeline review preparation: Prioritize becomes a powerful tool for preparing for pipeline reviews, allowing you to showcase wins, identify risky deals, and gain a full understanding of your business.
End of quarter sprint: As the quarter ends, Prioritize becomes invaluable, helping you focus on the deals that will determine your quarter's success, acting like a supportive coach.
