You can connect your Gong in two places within the application.
In the onboarding process
In Pod's account settings page
You will simply need to click on "Connect" in the area dedicated to the Gong integration and a window will appear.
Ensure you have the correct permissions, as Admin or Integration Manager within your Gong account, to authorize the integration with Pod.
Log in to your Pod workspace (app.workwithpod.com).
Access the integrations page in the settings page, under the "Integrations" section.
Select Gong from the list of available integrations.
Authenticate your Gong account, following the on-screen instructions to grant Pod the necessary permissions to access your conversation data. This may require you to log in with your Gong admin credentials.
Save and activate the integration.
Verify the integration. To ensure everything is working correctly, check within Pod to see if your Gong calls and transcripts are accessible. You can do this by navigating to a deal record in Pod and reviewing if the timeline includes Gong data.
