Integrations is where you connect and manage the systems Pod relies on for CRM context, calendar events, transcripts, and collaboration. Keeping this page up to date helps Pod stay grounded in the tools your team already uses.
How to access
Open Pod.
Go to Settings.
Select Integrations.
What you can connect
The exact list can vary by workspace, but the page can include:
Salesforce or HubSpot as your CRM connection
Google or Outlook for email and calendar data
Gong, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Fathom for transcript and meeting data
Slack so your team can run Deal Agents from Slack
Pod uses these connections to power features such as meeting briefs, activity timelines, deal coaching, and AI agent workflows.
How to connect or disconnect an integration
Open the integration card you want to manage.
Click Connect if the integration is not connected yet.
Complete the provider's authentication flow in the popup window.
Return to Pod and confirm the integration now shows as connected.
Where a Disconnect action is available, you can use it from the same integration card to remove access later.
Admin-only and user-level actions
Some integrations are controlled at the workspace level and may require a workspace admin.
On Slack, your workspace may first need a shared Slack connection before you can use Link My Account for your own user.
Your CRM connection can appear here for reference even when it is not meant to be disconnected from this page.
If you see Ask your admin, your workspace requires an admin to complete that setup.
When to review this page
during onboarding
when a transcript, meeting, or calendar source is missing
when your team adds a new tool to the sales workflow
when you want to enable collaboration flows such as Slack-based Deal Agent usage
