Our mission is to help your team drive better execution and close more deals — faster. That starts with a thoughtful onboarding experience.

Our white-glove onboarding approach is designed to ramp both managers and reps quickly. From leadership enablement to individual rep coaching, our onboarding helps you embed Pod into your team’s daily workflow so it becomes second nature — not another tool to manage.


Why Onboarding Matters

For Pod to deliver impact, it is paramount for managers and reps need to understand how to use it — and when. That’s why we prioritize onboarding at every level of your team:

1. Manager Onboarding

🗓️ One 45-minute session (Week 1)

We start with managers to align on your sales motion, existing workflows, and goals.

In this session, we’ll:

  • Define what “good” looks like for your team in Pod

  • Walk through Pod’s core features from a leadership lens

  • Walk through how Pod should be leveraged by reps and how to make the most in your pipeline reviews.

This ensures your managers can guide reps, drive adoption, and connect Pod to your broader GTM motion.


2. Team Onboarding

🗓️ One 45-minute session (Week 1)

Next, we enable your team with a live training designed for reps.

In this session, we'll cover:

  • Pod’s core features in reps' daily sales workflows

  • How to connect Pod with your core systems (CRM, Email, Calendar, call recording, etc.)

  • How reps can use Pod through different sales workflows (deal prioritization, pipeline reviews, meeting preparation, etc.)

  • Best practices for navigating the Pod workspace

By the end, reps know what Pod does for them — and how it helps them win more.


3. 1:1 Training

🗓️ 30-minute sessions (Week 1–2)

For reps or managers who want extra support, we offer personalized 1:1 training sessions. The objective is to ensure reps are properly setup in Pod and ready to roll.

These are tailored to individual workflows and can cover:

  • Advanced usage tips

  • Specific deals or coaching opportunities

  • Building daily Pod habits

Whether it’s a power user or someone new to the team, we’re here to support every user’s growth.


4. Office Hours

🗓️ 30-minute drop-in session (Ongoing)

We host ongoing office hours so your team can drop in with questions, get unstuck, or explore new features. We start with weekly sessions for the first month and then move to bi-weekly / monthly sessions.

These sessions are:

  • Interactive and informal

  • A chance to get advice from our team

  • Great for continuous enablement
