Use Deal Agents

Learn how to use Deal Agents in Account 360° and the Chrome Extension.

Deal Agents help you analyze a live deal without leaving your workflow. You can launch a saved agent, use a Pre-built Agent, or type your own question and get an answer grounded in the current deal context. The same core workflow is available in Account 360° and the Chrome Extension.

What Deal Agents are for

Use Deal Agents when you want quick, deal-specific help in the moment.

  • Pre-built Agents give you Pod's out-of-the-box workflows.

  • Org Agents give you shared team workflows created for your workspace.

  • Personal Agents give you your own saved workflows.

  • The input box also lets you ask a one-off question without choosing a saved agent first.

How to access

In Account 360°

  1. Open Pod.

  2. Open a deal in Account 360°.

  3. Stay in the Deal Coach view.

  4. Find the Deal Agent section.

  5. Use the input box to ask a question, or click Explore Agents.

In the Chrome Extension

  1. Open the Pod Chrome Extension while viewing a deal in Salesforce or HubSpot.

  2. Open the deal record in the extension.

  3. Select AI Agent.

The AI Agent tab in the Chrome Extension is available on deal records only.

How to choose and launch an agent

  1. Click Explore Agents to open AI Agent Builder.

  2. Review the available Personal Agents, Org Agents, and Pre-built Agents.

  3. Click any agent to view its details.

  4. Click Launch to run that agent on the current deal.

If you do not want to use a saved agent, type your own question directly in the input box instead. Pod will answer using the deal's current context.

How to continue a conversation

After the first answer appears, you can keep working in the same thread.

  • Use the input box to ask a follow-up question.

  • Click New agent to clear the current conversation and start a fresh one.

How to open history in Account 360°

If you want to revisit an older Deal Agent run for the same deal:

  1. Open the Deal Agent conversation in Account 360°.

  2. Click History.

  3. In Deal Agent History, select the earlier run you want to reopen.

How to edit, retry, and leave feedback

Once a response is complete, you can manage the latest run directly in the thread.

  • Click Edit on your latest prompt if you want to revise it.

  • Click Retry to run the latest prompt again.

  • Use Thumbs up or Thumbs down to leave feedback on the latest answer.
