Learn how to update your profile and selling info in Pod.

Account Details is where you review the profile and selling context Pod uses to personalize your experience. It is the right place to keep your seller profile current without changing broader workspace settings.

How to access

  1. Open Pod.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Account Details.

What you can review and update

The page focuses on your individual profile and selling context.

  • Name and Email address appear here for reference. In CRM-connected workspaces, these fields are managed by your CRM, so you need to update them in Salesforce or HubSpot instead of editing them directly in Pod.

  • Who I sell to? lets you describe your buyers and the audience you work with.

  • What do I sell? lets you describe your product, service, or offering.

These descriptions help Pod tailor AI coaching and recommendations to your actual sales motion instead of using generic assumptions.

How to keep this page useful

  • Review the page during onboarding so Pod starts with the right context.

  • Update your selling context when your ICP changes.

  • Update it when your product positioning, segment focus, or core use cases change.

How account deletion works

The page also includes a Delete Account action for account deletion requests.

  1. Open Account Details.

  2. Click Delete Account.

  3. Send the generated email request to Pod.

Account deletion is not something you can undo from the page itself, so review the request carefully before sending it.
