Playbooks is where you choose the frameworks Pod should analyze and where admins manage the internal documents that support AI coaching. It combines methodology setup with workspace-owned guidance in one place.

How to access

  1. Open Pod.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Playbooks.

What you'll find

The page has two main sections:

  • Sales Methodology Frameworks for choosing the frameworks Pod should analyze

  • Your Internal Documents for workspace-owned documents that AI tools can reference after indexing

How to manage frameworks

Workspace admins can turn framework coverage on or off directly from the checkbox list.

  • Use this section to match Pod to the methodologies your team actually runs.

  • Framework selections influence the coaching and gap analysis Pod shows across your deals.

  • If you need a custom framework added to Pod, contact your Customer Success Manager.

How internal documents fit into the page

The Your Internal Documents section is where admins create and maintain workspace guidance such as pricing rules, process steps, competitive positioning, or implementation notes.

  • Documents are indexed after they are saved.

  • Statuses help you track whether a document is still a draft, indexing, ready, failed, or archived.

  • Non-admin users can inspect available documents, but only admins can edit them.

If you want the full workflow for creating or maintaining those documents, see the dedicated AI Agents guide for internal documents.

When to review this page

  • when your team changes sales methodology

  • when you want Pod to analyze a different framework mix

  • when your workspace needs shared internal guidance for AI-assisted workflows
