What is Develop?

It’s super easy to get lost into the hustle of the daily pipeline management and deal closing. The best salespeople take the time to step back, reflect on their performance, and build actionable plans to improve on their areas of development.

The Develop space is a way for users to understand how they’ve been performing - against their goals, their colleagues, and key pillars of a good salesperson - to continuously improve.

How will it help Pod users?

Develop will provide 3 key pillars:

  1. Pipeline analysis Pod will analyze your CRM data and help you understand how you are tracking against your monthly/quarterly/yearly quota. Whether you’re on track to make it or falling a bit short, you’ll be met with recommendations you can take action on.

  2. Team benchmark It’s not always about quota… Understanding what differentiates the average from the President’s Club seller is what makes a difference. The Develop space will provide benchmark comparison across a number of axes, so you can understand how you’re doing compared to colleague - what they are doing, that you are not.

  3. Sales pillars Develop is your space to self-assess your skills. Across 5 key pillars of a great salesperson, you can rate your level. The AI coach will help you to better understand what actions you can take to improve. It’s a great tool to have productive check-in calls with your manager.
