Agents is the settings hub for managing saved AI agents and the automated triggers attached to them. Use this page when you want to organize personal or org-wide agent automations without needing to open a live deal first.

How to access

  1. Open Pod.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Agents.

What you'll find

The page combines two related workflows:

  • Manage Agents opens the agent library so you can view, create, or edit saved agents.

  • The main page lists automated triggers under Personal Agents and Org Agents.

You can also filter triggers by All, Active, or Inactive.

How to manage saved agents

  1. Open Agents.

  2. Click Manage Agents.

  3. Browse your available agent types.

  4. Create a new agent or open an existing one to review or edit it.

If you want a step-by-step guide for building the agent itself, use Build a new agent.

How to manage triggers

  1. Choose Personal Agents or Org Agents.

  2. Click Add Personal Trigger or Add Org Trigger.

  3. Select the agent you want to automate.

  4. Complete the trigger configuration drawer and save the trigger.

For existing triggers, you can open a trigger to edit it, toggle it on or off, duplicate it, or remove it from the trigger card actions.

Permissions and shared access

  • Personal triggers are for your own workflow.

  • Org triggers are shared across the workspace.

  • Only workspace admins can create or edit org-wide triggers.

  • Non-admin users can still see org-wide automations when they exist.

When to use Agents vs other AI agent pages
