Manage billing

Learn how to review your plan and manage subscription details in Pod.

Billing is where your workspace reviews subscription status, current plan, and renewal timing. It is the main settings page for understanding how your Pod subscription is currently set up.

How to access

  1. Open Pod.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Billing.

What you'll find

The page shows your current subscription information, including:

  • Current plan

  • Subscription status

  • Renewal date when a subscription is active

If your workspace admin has access, the page also includes a Change Subscription action that opens subscription management in Stripe.

How subscription management works

  1. Open Billing.

  2. Review the current plan and status.

  3. If you are the workspace admin, click Change Subscription to open the external billing management flow.

Pod billing is workspace-level, so the admin's subscription covers the rest of the workspace.

Who can change billing

  • Workspace admins manage billing details and subscription changes.

  • Other users may be able to review the page, but they do not control the subscription.

If you are not the admin and need a billing change, contact your workspace admin.

When to review this page

  • before renewal

  • when your plan changes

  • when you need to confirm subscription status

  • when your workspace needs to update billing details
